    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

    • Cost: $12.95 AUD

    • Free for orders over $150.00 AUD (Australia only)

  2. Express Shipping – Australia

    • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

    • Not offered at the moment

  3. Local Delivery – Australia

    • Free Local Delivery to the following postcodes: 3915, 3931, 3934, 3919, 3912, 3913

  4. International Shipping – New Zealand

    • Standard Shipping (up to 2 kg): $19.95 AUD – Estimated delivery 7–12 business days

    • Standard Shipping (2–5 kg): $29.95 AUD – Estimated delivery 7–15 business days

    • Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Order Processing

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  2. Order Confirmation

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

    • A second email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. P.O. Boxes

    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  2. International Shipping Restrictions

    • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions or regulations.

Delivery Issues
