Returns Policy
At Belle Apparel, we are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy allows you to return or exchange items under the following conditions.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Return
Australian orders: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
New Zealand orders: Items must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date to allow for international transit.
Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Sale items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
2. Return Process
Email our Customer Service team at info@belleapparel.com.au to initiate a return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside your parcel.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Belle Apparel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
1. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, with missing parts, or showing signs of wear.
Exchanges
1. Exchanging Items
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact Customer Service to arrange the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Exceptions
Certain goods are exempt from return, including perishable items, gift cards, and health or personal care products.
